Founder of Neuro Q
Lucy holds a masters degree in Neuroscience and Psychology from King’s College London, Europe’s largest research power in neuroscience, psychology and psychiatry. In fact, she and many of her team trained within an academic group that produce the most highly cited scientific research within this field in the world (Scopus, 2016). A number of Neuro Q team members are also PhD researchers in the discipline, using and developing the latest advances in psychology, neuroscience and psychiatry.
With over 15 years experience working with individuals and businesses, Lucy has gained unique insight into how to predict and shape human thought and behaviour. She and her team use a combination of traditional behavioural psychology methods, ergonomics and cutting edge neuroscientific knowledge to coach individuals and groups. Whether it be to overcome anxiety, understand and use game theory, develop effective negotiation and sales skills or enhance intellectual performance, our unique melding of evidenced therapeutic models and clinical research prepares our clients to succeed. Robust scientific research is at the core of all of our work. Our experience leads us to believe that the key to success could lie in ones neuroplasticity. Once this is improved, influencing ones own and others’ behaviours is easily achievable. Unlike IQ (Intelligence Quotient), we firmly believe that what we therefore call Neuroplasticity Quotient is improvable with the right lifestyle changes and coaching techniques. Some describe this as “the ultimate life hack”. Start learning now.
Our clients and partners include both groups and individuals. Neuro Q have helped companies in industries such as hedge fund management, investment capital, TV and film production, advertising, branding, galleries, public sector, air travel, market research and luxury goods.
